Driven by multiple needs, such as keeping up with the company's rapid growth and ever-updating products, cutting down of administrative and instructor costs incurred from classroom training, circulating messages to all offices at the same time, establishing a comprehensive product knowledge training and assessment center, Nippon Paint looks to e-Learning as the answer for all the requirements.

The solution included features such as content distribution system, security measures, content authoring and access control, simplified administrative and enrolment procedures and post-learning result tracking. In a mere six months, Cyberwisdom's wizBank® solution has been fully implemented in Nippon Paint's subsidiaries and branches. At present, there are already a few thousand registered users, and over a hundred different courses established in this system.
